A Little About Me

My name is Tim Schilcher and the name of my company is Myofitness Personal Training. I have BS in science from Gannon, many years of experience in the field of Physical Therapy and 26 years of experience training athletes. I was the strength & conditioning coach for a high school in Pittsburgh for two years and few of my many certifications are, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist from the prestigious school of National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM). My education and years of experience allows me to help clients rehab current injuries and reduce the risk of future injuries
