Tim helped me to set and reach beyond my goal of losing weight and getting in better shape by teaching me a new and much healthier way to eat, by directing the building of muscle I never knew I had, and by encouraging me to get a cardio workout at least every other day! I didn't have the confidence or knowledge to do all of this on my own, so Tim helped me to work out a realistic plan. In the gym I became familiar with exercise using bands, balls, and weights. Since I'm not a treadmill addict, I found that I could get my cardio workout done faster on the steps at a local stadium. Thankfully, the diet questions were only an email away, and that was a huge help. With the weight loss came less body aches, more energy, improved flexibility, strength, and best of all, a feeling of happiness about myself.

It didn't happen over-nite, but I lost thirty pounds and have kept it off for three years. I'm in better shape than I have ever been in, and I've developed a much healthier lifestyle. As a 47 year old woman, I was experiencing weight gain and fatigue even though I was working out on my own. Since I started working out with the professional staff at MyoFitness, I have turned back time. I have more endurance, strength and flexibility than I did 10 years ago.

I also have maintained my weight and even have lost some inches.
