28 Day Flat Belly Formula

A couple days ago I sent you an email telling you all about the new accidental discovery I made with a few of my personal training clients (who I used as test subjects) 

...that's code for "Guiana pigs" 

The BIG discovery I made was a new and faster way to burn belly fat and get a flatter and more define mid section. 

Since sending that email out I've gotten a boatload of responses from people who want to be in the first ever "beta test group" I'm doing to validate my belly fat burning discovery. 

So I've finalized the program and here's how it's going to work.
 

I'm calling it the "28 Day Flat Belly Formula". I'm going to provide you with a done for you meal plan crafted to help you increase your metabolism and burn fat (This is NOT a diet, it's a 28 modified meal plan where all you have to do is read it, and eat it). You'll need to workout with me 3-5 times per week in a group setting during the 28 day program.

The workouts will be challenging, even hard at times but never impossible, And you'll always have motivation and accountability from me and the rest of the group. Here's the best part... even though we're going to work on burning belly fat and flattening and defining your abs, we're not going to do a single crunch or sit up (imagine that, a sexy mid section and a flat belly without doing traditional ab exercises). At the end of the 28 day you should see weight loss of 12-19 pounds and flatter, more defined mid section (you'll probably drop a clothes size or two).

The program starts this coming Monday. typically my clients pay around $480/month to train with me 1 on 1 just twice a week. You will have unlimited access to my boot camps 6 days a week FOR ONLY $97. Saturdays at 9am are always free and you can bring friends.

But since this is going to be the first time (beta group) that I try out this program on "non-clients" I'm going to only charge $97 bucks for the entire 28 day flat belly training program AND meal plan. 

But there's one small catch to all this... 

I'm only taking on 19 people for the beta test group because I want to be sure that I can give each individual participant plenty of attention. 

So if you want fast fat burn, and a better looking mid section in only 28 days, and if you're not afraid of a little hard work and can put in 3-5 days per week for just four weeks then this may be the program for you.

Myofitness's Philosophy in Fitness

Our workouts are based on years scientific rational. Training for a specific sport or just getting in shape while using old school machines at a gym is like building a house on sand, there is no foundation and will soon collapse. This analogy is equivalent to having a weak core and having agonist and antagonist muscles that are out of balance, all movement starts with our 29 core muscles. Using machines in a gym does not work your core or balance synergies, your stuck in one plane of motion using 1-3 muscle groups at a time.

Your body was designed to move in multiple planes of motion and at different speeds at the same time. Train like how you live, you don’t have a machine strapped to your back when you’re playing sports, cutting grass or doing any other activities of daily living. At the onset of movement, our core muscles contract maximally to stabilize and protect our spine and get it ready for strong forceful contractions applied to it from our large powerful prime movers.

If your core muscles are weak and you try to perform an explosive movement or just picking up something that is relatively heavy, your spine will not be able to handle the force and torque. This instability will cause your body to send negative signals to your central nervous system, which intern will shut down the power to your movement muscles. This imbalance leads to many other injuries and will significantly reduce your performance! This style of training is important for adult weekend warriors, anyone playing golf or other sports. Everyone should be training like this!

Negative effects of training in a gym using old school weight machines:-No core muscles are working-No balance synergies are working

-You are stuck in one plane of motion and working only 1-3 muscles at a time, we have 600 muscles in our body.
-Your heart rate does not rise much 
-Much slower progress
-You’re more prone to over use injuries
-Machines do not mimic every day movements or sport specific movements 
-Your bodies growth hormones don’t rise much
-You don’t burn many calories
-Your metabolism does not increase much
-You’re exposed to everyone else germs, people talking makes rest periods too long and workouts longer, you have to remember to bring your clothes and many more negative reasons not to join a gym
