Adult Group Workout at Fox Chapel Stadium

6am

DAY:
Every Wednesday morning

LOCATION:
Fox Chapel High School Stadium under the lights

FEE:
$20 each up to 8 people, more than 8 people $15 each.

Includes free access to all of our custom videos so you can do these

workouts on your smart phone or tablet as long as you come to the workouts once a week.

WHAT TO BRING:
wear high socks, towel, water. There is a hose at the track

WORKOUT TYPE:
Every workout should include all of these variables: core strength, prime mover strength, injury prevention, agility, flexibility and cardio. Anything less is not the best.

  • High intensity interval training
  • flipping tire
  • Fun relay races
  • Strength training
  • throwing medicine balls
  • running steps
  • running fwd, bwd, side shuffles, carioca while dragging a 30 LB speed sac
  • playing soccer, touch football and other games with ankle bands on (wear high socks)
  • playing cards (one of the favorites)
  • Crawling planks with furniture movers
  • Too much more to list
